True to his word, Sheriff-elect Gregory has sent termination letters to 26 CCSO employees.
All but 2 are upper management.
Last day for all will be January 4th.
Some will be replaced by some of the other 12 who were fired when Tommy was 4 years ago.
Names not released (so far - Main Mole, are you on the case?)

We'll have to wait and see if he has made the right choices. 26 is a lot. It will be interesting to see. It has been 4 years since Tommy has worked there. I personally think he has bitten off more than he can chew.
Au contraire! Clearly, he is chewing the hell out of who and what needs to be chewed - and he's not even been sworn in yet!
I heard Steve Berry is going to become Chairman of the PSA instead of Chairman of the County Commissioners. Will this move assist all the haters in believing that Tommy will be a independant sheriff.
I think Tommy is doing a smart thing. He knows he doesn't need any of Bill Smith's henchmen in the sherrif's office. And I trust him to know the "good guys" from the "bad guys".
Jay, do you know where Tommy is supposed to be sworn in? I really would love to be there and see this historic moment for Camden County. Tommy, you're making a darn good start!

Is anybody hearing anything about the Federal grand jury and Bill Smith lately?. They aren't dropping the ball, are they?
No, not a thingbut I think it is pretty obvious that the feds have taken the decision not to move on Smith, et al, until after the new sheriff is sworn in.
What ever happened to the investigation of some deputies doing the voter fraud during the election? Anyone heard anything on that, or has it been dropped?
Good question. The last thing I remeber was being told that the DA had turned the case over to the feds.
the question is who are the ones to be rehired. if not careful could turn into obama scene look who he is running with.
Is it true that Barry Johnson will replace Wesley Walker? I wonder how Lee Green feels about that.

Folks will get their termination letters over the weekend. I'm sure we'll know a lot more by the middle of next week.
How about Dale Bundy and Charlie Easterling? Do you think they'll be on the recieving end of the pink slip? I hope..I hope..I hope
I do hope that Tommy will hold a press conference and list all the names in the paper of the ones leaving and introduce the new hires. That way we will all have the TRUTH of who is gone and who stayed and who is hired.

Williams and Glenda Rozier.

honest i see where he will have to replace all but 5 spots. i hope his plan works honest i do are is friends gonna ask for the pay the as if they had been there as long as charlie and the others that got a slip
