All this when any company considering relocating their company to a new area the first question they ask is what is the millage rate, normally followed by what are the SAT scores in the area.

I would offer that instead of building elaborate building focus on improving your program. Thus cut less in the area of instruction. More in the area of administration.

You are aware, I assume, that building projects are funded with the ESPLSOT sales tax whereas "improving your program" can only be funded with property taxes. Would you be OK with your millage rate going up for that purpose?
