Oh ye suckers! You were warned. Their true colors will always out in the end.

Can you guess which recently-minted anti-American American recently held court in St. Marys' downtown, leftist sugar-shack telling her fellow traveling, espresso sipping, tablemates and all within earshot how much she hates the U.S. Navy and how much the quality of life in St. Marys would
improve if the base were to be closed? No telling what venom will escape those dessicated lips if the shack gets their liquour license.

Do tell...who might this be? If you are attempting to suggest that it's me, then you are (once again) grossly misinformed. This is even more ridiculous that your usual delusions, Jay. In that I only frequent the Riverside Café (and have never even tried espresso), I am at a loss as to which establishment is a "leftist sugar-shack".
As far as my views of the Navy and its invaluable presence in St. Marys, you could not possibly be further from the truth (if you are even capable of recognizing truth any more). Feel free to exercise your imagination by constructing paranoid fantasies about me, insult me all you want - but at least attempt to include a grain of factual information in your posts.

Thanks. My informant did not give me the name of the restaurant, but I correctly guessed that picking one would smoke you out. So, it was at the Riverside Cafe. The guy sitting next to you was a Naval Commander, dumb ass.

And that would be when? Clearly, in that I said nothing of the kind, the poor man must have a hearing impediment. I will not continue to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed (and clearly mentally unstable) man, Jay, so have fun. I think that we can all assume that you've decided to let go of any aspirations to become a County Commissioner at this point.

I may not always agree with alex's opinion, but I do not believe this garbage. I have never heard a negative word regarding the USNavy spoken by her. Her husband is retired Navy. You are beginning to cross the line way past what is opinion and what is slander.

And you want to be our commissioner? I will vote for Royal Weaver before you and I think he is a nutbag so just guess where that places you?

That's why it is good that both a Navy man and a civilian have both heard it straight from the horse's mouth. Anyone willing to gamble that I can't produce witnesses is welcome to sue me.

Jay,

You are delusional. And that is being complimentary. Do you expect anyone to believe that a Navy commander overheard a conversation and called you to report it but could not even remember where he heard it.

I fear that you have been had again, my friend.

I don't give a damn what lefty vermin believe but if you'll re-read what I said, you will see that I did not say that.

Give it up - I've got her number!

As a parting note, Jay: it will no doubt irritate you no end to know that I, and the St. Marys EarthKeepers, work extensively with the Navy. We have been asked to speak on Base, on occasion, and have a wonderful Navy-liaison member on our Board.
I know who your so-called "informant" is (most people do). If this is the source of your information then you have, once again, proven your research skills to be sadly lacking.
I look forward to seeing you at the CCBOC luncheon: I have been asked to speak about environmental stewardship. Once you have, as you pledged, turned on every appliance and light in your house in honor of Earth Hour, I'm sure you find it most illuminating.

Jay,

I reread your post and you are correct in that you did not say that it was a Navy commander but that it was your informant who did not know where he or she overheard the conversation. I should have guessed that a Navy commander would not have been communicating gossip to you. It is not really relevant to apologize to you but I do apologize to the Navy.

Hey there Jay-bird, would this rumor be coming from the same absolutely reliable informant who told you that Sea Island Company had declared bankruptcy?
