hannah said...: From where I sit, liberals are self-directed people and presume others are, as well. Conservatives, on the other hand, not only prefer to be pampered, but need someone to tell them what to do. The conservative's idea of liberty is to resist. How anyone can presume to speak of "liberals" and "conservatives" in such crude, broad terms is beyond me for neither the world, nor individuals, hew to such a simplistic view of the so-called "left" or "right".

Once again, we seem to have someone who does take the time to do a bit a research - but tends to rely upon it to bolster false, self-serving theories.
