I just heard where the 20 million middle school will be built and who the $900,000.00 will be paid to. If this isn't a Bill Smith move I don't know what is!

I hear Hardin/Blount felt as though this would be a good voting block to have on board for the passing of this aggressive spending plan.

Is it okay for the Superintendant to use the email system of the school system or print flyers on taxpayers dimes to solicit votes for this ESPLOST from employees of the school system?

Okay, so if you just heard it, it shoudl be fresh enough on your mind to share details and not be so cryptic.

Where is it being built. I heard the North End.

What $900,000? For the property? Who will it be paid to?

Who is the voting block you are referring to? North end blacks?

Kinlaw road, Evergreen Baptist Church and yes

There - that wasn't so hard.

I take it that it is goiung to be built on Kinlaw Road, on property currently owned by Evergreen Baptist - a large black church - for $900,000 and it is a Bill Smith type move because the school board is "buying" black votes for ESPLOST from a church that was always a major beneficiary of Smith's notorious vote buying.

Is that about it?

Corredtion: it will be built for 20million: the church will get $90,000 for the property.
