Georgia Supreme Court rules in favor of Cisco!

From an absolutely reliable source, this communique: The Ga. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Cisco, et al. on the matter of the RICO action by the State to take Cisco's assets. It is a very hard to fathom decision. I think the bottom line is that there was a denial of due process and that the property was taken prior to adjudication of guilt. What I am wondering is what now happens to the property that was liquidated and/or the funds paid out to the Receiver for handling all the dealings.
