Storm does millions in damage to large gantry crane at sub base.

This just in from a reliable source: Just so you will be on top of things, which you generally are. Last night there was a tremendous storm at the sub base and one great crane was damaged and pushed down the track on which the crane was mounted and slammed into another crane. One of the workers from the base said that the crane that was down the tracks had a boom that was to rotate with the wind but the wind blew the boom back over the crane. These are the cranes that do the refit work at the docks on the subs. It did untold millions in damage. Lots of cars were also damaged. That would explain what I saw at lunch today. As I was entering the Chinese buffet there at the old Walmart parking lot, about 8 burly and very happy (big pay day?) guys were coming out together laughing and cutting the fool. They were all wearing T-shirts that said something like "International Heavy Crane Operators' Union" on the back. P.S., My waitress today was without a doubt the most beautiful young Chinese woman I've ever seen. Worth the trip at twice the price.
