Dear Ignorant Ass,
I think that seeing as how you've gone to that much trouble to find the law (which does not apply to my actions, by the way - only those of your dumb ass sheriff) you really should follow through.
I live at Park Place Apartments, Apartment #714. Perhaps you should, A, dial up 911 and request that a CCSO deputy meet you at my front door where you can affect a citizen's arrest.
If you don't mind, please give me an hour's notice so that I can grab a shower, get dressed, and put the word of the arrest out on my blog so that folks can contemplate its significance fully between now and election day.
Or, Option B, you could just shut the hell up and cease making a total fool of yourself.

Jay you could have skipped this weeks Sunday's funnies because this was funny enough. She is such a ditz and guess who is jumping to her defense. None other than our favorite Thuggie TG3.
Obviously, some folks having easy access to the O.C.G.A. is about as useful as a troop of chimpanzees having access to the Magna Carta. Nothing much will come of it.
Suggestion: Folks, you need to get a clear understanding of the vastly disparate meanings of the words "may" and "shall," as used in statutes.
And no, one's rights as a citizen under the FOIA are not privileges -they are rights.
Bill Smith will not be writing a large check to Jim Stein because he denied Robbie Morgan a "privilege."

When all the smoke clears the attorney fees will be paid because the Sheriff and his cronies did not follow the law. There is no way they can ignore what the statue requires. In the end it was pointed out the fees would be justified. That is why Judge Williams asked Smith's attorney to brief why Stein should not be paid. Then she said the statute was clear to her and the attorneys would have to settle on the amount.

One thing you have to remember too is that Williams and Smith were 'cronies' for a lonnng time. From what I understand..old poker playing buddies from way back down at Ocean Breeze campground on Dover Bluff Rd.
She started distancing herself when all these questions arose concerning the siezed assets accounts.
