It's so simple, really.

Right there at Buck Addy's service station, set up concrete barriers on both roads into downtown St. Marys. The barricades would be manned by deputized members of the Downtown Merchants" Association, or their hired guards. The downtown area would be completely closed to all vehicular traffic except beer trucks, restaurant suppliers, etc. Non-DMA members and non-residents would be required to buy or rent a golf cart from Councilman Bird's business for access. Moreover, those without a valid credit card or at least $100.00 in cash would not be allowed access. After all, if there is no possibility of their purchasing something from a downtpown merchant, do they really need to be there? Oh, yeah - the speed limit on Point Peter Road should be lowered to the top speed of the slowest golf carts. http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/073008/geo_311169588.shtml

Better yet lets move both boats one to hickory bluff the othere to saint simons. nevermind ive already did that because of the problems with saint marys downtown asses.
