This just in...

from a newly volunteered mole. There is a truck stop at Exit 14, the Woodbine exit. My informant can not attest to what the current owner may be doing now, but does attest to certain knowledge that the prior owner operated some games of chance similar to slot machines. Winnings on those types of machines are only legal in Georgia if given as vouchers, or "store credits." The previous operator was actually paying out cash to winning customers, according to my informant. The owner of the property, alledgedly a high ranking officer in the CCSO - to this day - was fully aware of what the operator was doing, according to my informant. He simply told him to keep a low profile with the activity. While my informant can not say for an absolute certainty that Sheriff Bill Smith also knew of the illegal gambling activity, he can attest that the sheriff was a close friend of said previous operator - so close that he gave the operator a brand spanking new - and quite expensive - H&K .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol - the very same model which had just become standard issue for the CCSO deputies at about that same time. How the purchase of that particular pistol was funded bears looking into. I have no way of verifying this 100%, but my subjective take during my conversation with the informant was that he was being truthful. It's beginning to look more and more like the day the feds make actual arrests at the CCSO, they are going to need a bus.

Could that high ranking officer be Jim Proctor? I remember hearing in the Cisco scandle forum on topix that he owned that building. I wouldnt doubt it a bit.

What a crock of hog sh#t, he was allways out of weapons, when I went to school, I had to use my own, so he can give a H&K to some of his friends, which I bet he didn't buy with his own money. He also seen that his mill buddy's got the latest and greatest, see what kind of person we have for our head law enforcement officer. What a piece of work, experence my ass, VOTE TOMMY GREGORY. This idiot couldn't lead a piece of toliet paper to the toliet bowl.

This got him the credit card with the $2,000.00 per month credit limit and it was probably around Christmas and Gina had the county card so what's a worthless sheriff to do .

The expensive gun ain't expensive when you don't pay for it. Just another example of waste, fraud and abuse of office by BTW.

VOTE GREGORY - A NEW BROOM SWEEPS CLEAN.

And another one !!!!. Did you know you can buy beer on Sunday at the Tarboro Country Store if you are a regular shopper there? Take a guess who owns the store......the parents of one of the top thuggies of Bill Smith. I know a lady that turned them in to the state and the state told the CCSO who it was that filed the complaint for selling to minors. She was harrased so much she moved away from here. So if you are in the "loop" you are protected no matter what you do.

Any questions as to why I call him "Big THUG Willie?"

Your Mole is dead on it. That stuff is some what common knowledge. I just forgot about it. And yes you can buy beer on Sundays at a store on Sunday owned by a deputies parents. I have done it many times. There was also a Bill Smith fundraiser there. Good ole boy system at its best.

What your "new mole" has said is true. It still goes on at the grocery store in Woodbine, a few blocks from the CCSO, and it still goes on at the truck stop that he/she/you spoke of. Proctor is aware and has done nothing. Several duputies know and have done nothing. Why? Because Smith told them not to. Those machines bring in thousands of dollars a week of dirty money. Yes, thousands a week. Who is getting paid off? Think about it. I know this first hand from working for both employers. This needs to be addressed above and beyond this blog.
