I know this will be quite a stretch for the decent, non-Thuggie readers of this blog, but try to imagine for a moment that you are a Thuggie who has accumulated so many points against his drivers license by a combination of, for example, DUI and reckless driving charges, that the GEORGIA Department of Public Safety has sent you a letter informing you that your driver's license is suspended or maybe even revoked and must be surrendered to them pronto, or a cop will come to your house for not only your license, but your tag.
So, okay, you surrender your license, but you can't put public safety ahead of your need to drive to work. What's a Thuggie to do? You don't have to wait for permission - which you might not get - from no stinking State of Georgia. Hell no! You come from a long line of Thuggies. You go to Godfather Willie. Godfather knows that he can trust you and your extended family to vote for him and do whatever other favors he may need in the future. Public safety be damned!
Godfather Willie fixes you up with a letter sure to put the fear of God into any law enforcement officer in Camden County. Yes, he's done so much good for the community - always placing public safety above his narrow, piggish, political interests.

Look at the date. That letter was written in the first 10 months of the very first year of his very first term as sheriff. Thuggies - face it! He's been no damned good from the very beginning! Twenty three and one-half years of lying, favoritism, and wiping his ass upon every law on the books - especially the 14th Amenedment right to equal protection under the law. Enough is enough!

Take note that the dumb SOB can write in correct English. “His license are being held”, should read “His license is being held”. What was his major at the Citadel?? His useless post card does not say. Underwater basket weaving maybe?
DUI laws back then were not at all as strict as they are today. That man had to have some major offences to loose his lisence. There are people (drunks might I add) that have 8 or so DUI's from back then and never lost their lisence. Makes you wonder...hmm..

I highly doubt it. I wonder how many besotted, revoked Thuggies have sold their votes for a similar letter over the last 23.5 years?
DMV lol We don't need no stinking DMV, we have the Blake, Willie and BTW get a letter to drive method down here in Camden County.

I have no idea. The good citizen who gave me the letter made no mention of the individual mentioned in the letter - just the fact that this was a common Smith practice over the years.
They should hang him for this alone!!! Keeping the county safe. Hah!! Putting drunk drivers right back out on the road to kill people!! Is this keeping the county safe? Bet your sweet ass it isn't!! Not only is Smith a liability..he's a clear and present danger to the people in this county!! People...please be smart and do the right thing.

I don't even think Cisco had to have a letter, he would get brought into the jail, but would be releast before his booking process would be complete,and he'd be drunker than cooter brown
