The reason I have no record is because the charges were recognized as the perjury that they were in the futherance of a politically motivated false arrest. The DA dismissed the bogus charges at the time - 14 years ago. What Tommy helped me do was purge any record of my ever having been falsely arrested in that bogus arrest. There was no conviction to expunge. Hell, there was not even a trial, you idiot!
