Camden Commentary: Synovus Financial Corp. a tad too chummy with Sea Island Co.

I can't figure out what all of this really means.

I know that Synovus here in Camden County had the lockdown on about 75% of the mortgage loans given to local realtors for clients. They sponsored the majority of the real estate functions.

The Synovus Mortgage Broker worked for Coastal Bank. I found out Coastal terminated her employment along with her boyfriend who was the President of the bank. I was told it had to do with the many toxic loans.
