Smithsonian's traveling history-of-food-in-America exhibit.

Earlier today, I stopped by the Camden County Public Library (Gross Rd at Hwy 40) to check this exhibit out. If you can find a spare 20 minutes, it is interesting. It will bring back a lot of memories to boomers and older. Lots of great photos. This would be great for grandparents to take grand kids to see. It goes through the history of food, food preservation, the transition from ice boxes to refrigerators, from cooking on the hearth to cook stoves to modern ranges and microwaves, etc. Covers various regional preferences. Worth the trip. The quality you would expect from Smithsonian.
