Yep, I heard that Jay Moreno got everything him and Howard wanted when it came to changes in the insurance plan.
Why, thank you! Far be it from me to point out that even some 18 months out from January of 2011, my actions are already helping save county taxpayers money. Thanks again.

Yes and you do not think the employees in that department are overpaid. Why couldn't they figure this out?
Oh, but they did. You can thank Steve Howard and Staci Bowick for the estimated $100,777.25 in annual savings to be generated from last night's three changes to the plan. You don't think that the former Human Resources director would have seriously bucked the Terrible Troika for those changes, do you.
I would say that Traci paid back her $60,000 salary with $40,00 extra last night alone.
The fact that St. David is the sole survivor of the Terrible Troika also helped make this possible.
