Does the county really need to own & operate an "attractive nuisance?"

http://www.tribune-georgian.com/articles/2009/05/20/news/top_stories/1topstory5.20.txt If you are not familiar with the legal concept of "attractive nuisance" click on the following link: http://definitions.uslegal.com/a/attractive-nuisance/ Note that the county both maintains and invites people onto the property .

Why does everyone elected board in this county have problems identifying land. The two councilmen in Woodbine CLAIMED they did'nt know they were building on the wrong land. Now the PSA says it did'nt know they were on someone elses land.

Believe it or not mistakes happen. Matt Jordan has been crucified by the paper for building on the wrong land. He owned up to his mistake and paid for the mistake. Who at the county is going to reimburse the taxpayers for this costly mistake? Who was the surveyor that layed out the park? Will he pay for all of the money that came out of our pockets for this? Will the paper find the answers? This is going to go further than the CCBoC want it to. Lets see what all comes out in the end.

I'm assured by someone in the know that the survey and platt maps were correct. The PSA just sited their improvements on the wrong property.
