Walker firing confirmed!
Walker was asked to resign mid-week. He refused. BTW waited until late Friday, in consideration of news cycle, then fired him.
Walker came in this morning and cleaned out his desk. He is gone.

I know your not going to like this but I think Jay's news should stay there on his site until it can be validated. I think Gordon Jackson would be all over that if it were true. I suspect he and Jay converse regularly.

Sheriff made a big mistake when he did not let him go as soon as he testified in court against Cisco. Of course nothing could have helped the Sheriff before that and certainly not now. People in this County have only to read the papers to know that Billy is making stupid decisions on a daily basis. Guess the Feds have put a scare in him finally. Lets hope so anyway. Bet he wishes now that he had retired about 4 years ago.

Rumor has it that BTW's campaign manager met with him and during a heated discussion told him that if he didn't take action against Walker, he could kiss his re-election goodbye. Personally I think he needs to go ahead and pucker up. But that is just my little ole opinion.

Sidney is the one that will sign off for all due paper work. Sidney is the actual one that is listed on the submitted paperwork for the state. Not sure if Mary Ann will be the manager out front?? Earlier reports said she was not going to be involved.

Actually it was Ms. Semans that I was speaking of. Sidney Howell wouldn't make a pimple on a campaign manager's backside. That's not to say that Ms. Semans is any better. The incident I spoke of was supposedly between Ms. Semans and the Sheriff. There was no mention of Howell at all. As a matter of fact this is the first time I have heard his name in relation to the Sheriff's re-election campaign.
So how in the world did you confuse Sidney Howell for Mary Ann Semans.
I know they're both death on "demon rum," but I'm not aware of any other connections.
