Cathy Gentry makes Jay's Killer Black Bean Chili: lives and loves it!

I had lunch at Aunt B's today. Last week, when it was time to make up another batch of my chili mix, I brought Cathy a coffee jar full of it. Today, she told me that she had made it at home. She and her family loved it. However, knowing her family's tastes, she left out the jalapeno peppers and the tablespoon of olive oil you sautee the peppers and onions in. I'm glad y'all liked it, Cathy. By the way, I loved that garlic biscuit at lunch today.
